Need major assistance. May lose money on deal
I have an assignment.
I have a contract for $7500. The house is selling for $250k. However, I forgot to add my fee to the price.
I also have to split my fee with realtor.
2 questions.
1. How can I get paid?
2. Since it is wholesale deal, but a conventional loan, what's the process to close.
Need expert advice.
