[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
I don't understand these numbers.
The person is selling the house at market value. If I put a small assignment fee on it why am I losing on the deal?
The house is worth $130k. If I get it for $127k is that what is wrong? The house will rent for $1400. It is a remodeled hose but I don't see what issues there would be. Is this not a deal?
He wants to sell by the end of the month. Is there any money to be made here?
