Does my LLC need a business license to buy and flip a property in Florida? The LLC is resgistered in Georgia.

Hello, I am looking for a 100% financing on a florida property that needs rehab. I am interested in buying and flipping. 68k purchase price with taxes. About 20k rehab. Could sell for 124k -150k. Can anyone recommend a lender? Thanks, Elda
