Hello, I’m 24 and from Houston TX and just passed my RE exam this week! I’ve really been wanting to start a career in RE but also want to start investing in RE. I want to leave my job, because it’s not what I’d want to continuing doing. I have $25,000 saved up and would like to start house hacking my first property. Living in Houston, TX properties are going up but what’s a good price to buy for house hacking?

In between wanting to start my career to stay at my job and invest? I’m more wanting to start my career. Any thoughts.

I want to get started into Wholesailing but need some help. I’m in the Houston area. What are some books or advice that you would recommend for me to get started. I’m a complete beginner, but willing to learn a lot on my own. I would like to have some form of guidance along the way.

@Kaelyn Motzel I haven’t done too much research on it as far as getting clients, but I am trying to learn that market area! I’m starting off as a vendor for property management companies!

I have started a commercial & residential cleaning business (move in & move out). Part time, I work for a restoration company that does rebuilds & remodeling. I wanted to create my own income than working 9-5. I would rather work for myself than feeling that I'm not using my greatest potential for more. I have a good amount saved up, but my goal is to have reliable steady income from my business. After I have that goal accomplished, to buy my first property and house hack.

Good Monday everyone! During this time, I have made a leap of faith to open a cleaning business. I have 4 years of experience in the industry. I am trying to expand my income along with being a part time in retail and college student. I plan to save up enough and show a good amount of income to buy my first property. I am fully insured and service Houston, TX and surrounding areas. If there is anyone needing cleaning services done on their rental properties or any other properties, please feel free to message me. I would greatly appreciate it!

@Bob Okenwa much appreciated!

Hello!

I’m 23 and from Houston, Tx. Been learning about real estate investing. I wanted to know what loan recommendations for mortgages. I have a hefty down payment saved up and good credit score to buy but I do have a part time job currently while attending school. I am planning to start a business on the side to, to get extra income. Lots of things on my plate but I really am determined on buying my first property soon & quickly renting it out and possibly living in the home in the time being. Do you think I could have a chance of getting a lender without having a steady income, but if I save really good I can possibly come up with my payment myself. PLEASE HELP!!
