New RE in Houston TX
Hello, I’m 24 and from Houston TX and just passed my RE exam this week! I’ve really been wanting to start a career in RE but also want to start investing in RE. I want to leave my job, because it’s not what I’d want to continuing doing. I have $25,000 saved up and would like to start house hacking my first property. Living in Houston, TX properties are going up but what’s a good price to buy for house hacking?
In between wanting to start my career to stay at my job and invest? I’m more wanting to start my career. Any thoughts.
