@Jibril Walker make sure do plenty of research selling properties in  OH i know there are laws about selling properties you must be a licensed agent to sell a property where other states you don't have to. u can sell the contract but you cannot sell the properties in the contract.

Hello BP family i am a new investor from LA California looking to score my first deal in Toledo OH. I've been doing a lot of analyzing on potential properties in the area. I am in the need of an agent to work with in the area. i am currently in the process of getting pre-approved for funding the deal. in the meantime i wanna go ahead plan to fly out to meet with agents that are willing to work with me, and scope out the area for myself.  any help to guide me in the right direction is much appreciated. thank you

@Daniel Kramer i also am getting started in REI i recently been been analyzing deals in toledo area mostly properties under 50k showing potential good returns. Analyzing expenses a little on the conservative side still cash flowing +150. Id like maybe i can send you those deals maybe you can capatilize on them i currently fixing some finances in the meantime i can share my reports with you until i can get funds tell me what you think since you kno the area

Many of these outside panels and a door with lock so can add a lock to prevent tampering no big deal

Have you tried the drive for dollar approach ive had my realtor tell he has had good buys on the off-market deals look for maybe boarded up house .... houses in distress find a few analize and funnel the good deals that way knocking on a few doors one of those houses is bound to set a good deal...
