@Carl LaPiedra

Education will get you so far you have to jump the gun at one point.

One of the best lines ive heard is from Grant Cardone

When he talks about commit and figure it out after. When you commit before you know you can make it happen will force your mind to think outside the box to get you out of it. Make offers left and right as many offers as you can. And all your offers add “Contingent to partner’s approval” just in case you cant find the finance for it for what ever reason you can back out of a deal.

You will gain more knowledge doin it then reading about it soo when u think you miiight be ready..... then YOU ARE READY!! Lol keep safe god bless and best of luck

@AP Horvath everything comes down to what is your end goal u cant just start driving your car west when your end goal is NYC . Have a plan what is your intentions make a plan follow it. Diversification will help protect your investments and make money long term. Invest in flipping and sorts and you’ll high returns on your money but remember high risk high reward. Also if you wanna completely active in the investment process invest money to learning how to invest in RE. If not you can always be a lender providing gap funds for other flips.

There are sooo many ways to to make money in RE and it all depends on your end goals

@Leslie N Harmon like brandon always says it may feel like jumping off a cliff in reality real estate investing is more like a hike its a journey to get to the top. As for financing there are many ways to finance a deals please visit brandons book “investing in Real estate with no (or low) money down”

Unconventional financing is easy to get it u just gotta find a deal if its a deal you can get financing and always make you contracts with an “inspection period” to give a chance to walk away if something in the inspection report comes out bad you cant handle

@Mike S.

Honestly dude the 3day event is not a sales pitch they do alot of teaching more teaching than other weekend training. And if u choose not to buy the package then they wont have hard feeling also. Last event i went to they provided buffet lunch for the weekend. He makes little to no money on the package they sell but ive seen it first hand people with 0 experience make a killing using his training within 5 months

@Linda Hastings

If u get in deep and dirty it wasnt really armando it was his students using armandos name training other what they learned from armando and guaranteed it so he takes the blame? armando. Armando is a very smart man and has smart strong legal team goodluck on the lawsuit.
