It looked very interesting from my quick glance at it. Didn't realize it was essentially 3 different units. 

So glad you asked this question as I have been wondering the same thing. I'm starting to see that house hacking is about reducing your cost of living and using those savings to propel yourself.

Take a look at Rocket Lawyer. I have used them in the past to form LLCs. They literally take care of everything for you. You just fill out some info and the document is created automagically.

I think I remember on a webinar they were developing a calculator for house hacking but it wouldn't be released until November or something like that.
