Hello to all. I'm new to BP from the Dfw area. This seems like the place to be for anyone involved in real estate. My goal is to house hack a 4 plex for now. Never owned any property so this is very exciting. I'm doing a lot of reading and look forward to chatting and eventually helping others. I welcome any advice.

Sorry @Tarron B. we have bought our own personal residence here, but all of our investing is in Central Arkansas. I think we used Old Republic Title in Arlington to close on our personal residence. They were good, but I'm sure there are several good title companies around.
