Howdy!

My name is Austin and I am brand new to real estate. I was sitting one day looking at my bank account  and was thinking to myself "Hey, that is way too much money sitting around not doing anything." That thought led me to bigger pockets which led me to the bigger pockets podcast which led me to reading cash flow quadrant, The Book on Rental Property Investing, and Investing in Real Estate With Little(Or No) Money Down.  Now I am super hyped about not having to stare at a computer screen all day just to make money and am about ready to take action and work towards that goal. I am currently looking to house hack in the Fort Worth, TX area and would love to connect with current investors. My work schedule is two weeks on and one off but I would love to help out anyone investing in the area in any way that I can and am hoping to learn the ropes in the process. Anyway, just wanted to say "hi" so that if any of y'all see me around the forums you can have some background.
