@ William . I had some issues with getting the C O but I'm trying to give the buyer a credit so we can close with a temporary C O once that's settled I'll be closing . I should of obtained the C O last year like I was supposed to but my lack of experience made me believe my agent and I waited till the last minute and it blew up in my face . Lesson learned . What type of investing are u interested in Irvington, NJ???

I agree it wouldn't be smart to play these games it will mess up your rep and credibility in future deals .

I would also try Home Depot and lowes they have free clinics every weekend
