I don't think much has changed but maybe if u tell me more detail what specifically u wanna do , I can try to help . Have u thought about reaching out to old colleagues maybe networking again to try to find some deal opportunities to wholesale

@Michael Elfant just wondering if u had any luck finding that great GC ??

@Chris Anderson how difficult was it to get registered as a home improvement contractor?? Where can I start if I'm interested in doing the same ?? Costs ?? How long did it take ??seems like a great idea is all.

@Fred Gonzalo It's always best to try to just get a good loan from the bank. If that becomes an issue and u want to use your cash from your bank account and don't have enough or don't feel like risking it maybe try to have a partner go half on the deal with u  . U can put half your cash and use their half cash and problem solved .

although there is no lease tenant must still give  atleast 1 month notice .

sounds like a great opportunity make sure u don't miss it . Especially when someone reaches out like Teddy Slack is doing . Props to u  Teddy!! Hope everything works out .
