Hi BP,

I am a new member to the BP planet and have been educating myself as much as i can to mitigate the fear of taking the first step into real estate investing. I am currently looking to do a multi-family and already have a family member as a tenant who is on-board. I am looking to do a fixer upper and rent out both units. I have been on several walk-through's but need more education on estimating rehabs. So I am educating myself more on determining rehabs.

thanks to everyone posting questions and answers as this has helped me a lot.

-Raymond
