@Peter Tverdov What are the requirements to operate a property management company in NJ? I've been told by some you have to have a Realtor license? What prior experience/training do you have?

Just curious. Thanks!

Please add me to your list if you plan any local events. Thanks!

Thanks @Jessica Zolotorofe and @David B. for the info. I hope to one day participate in an auction but for now just learning about my local markets and investment options for the future.

I attended the Monmouth auction a couple weeks ago as my first experience at any auction. I mostly was just trying to learn the processes and see it in action. There were many properties sold and the upset price didn't seem to have any certain rhyme or reason. I would appreciate it if you can share any lessons you learn with your first purchase and the process as it will be helpful in the future when I have the funds to bid on properties.

Welcome Eric! I just sign a lease with my first tenant in Ocean county and looking for my next property. Best of luck on your multifamily!

I was just referred to Michael Greenblatt by SJREIA for a lease. They are out of Cherryhill. Good Luck!
