I have started a thread like this on the main discussion boards but felt it might be more worthwhile on here. This is something I do in most of Middlesex and parts of Somerset and Union county. If anyone is looking for property managers in other counties I can reach out to other competitors I also work with (but they're all mainly in my area from what I understand). Also happy to explain what I do in my coverage areas or bounce ideas off other managers in NJ to better my business. I've gone from 1-5 properties managed in a year with a potential 6th coming so business is starting to grow for me (all word of mouth which is awesome). Anyway, if anyone has any PM questions about what to look for when hiring someone, what things should cost or what I do, please ask away or PM me if you want.
