Central NJ Property Manager

I have started a thread like this on the main discussion boards but felt it might be more worthwhile on here. This is something I do in most of Middlesex and parts of Somerset and Union county. If anyone is looking for property managers in other counties I can reach out to other competitors I also work with (but they're all mainly in my area from what I understand). Also happy to explain what I do in my coverage areas or bounce ideas off other managers in NJ to better my business. I've gone from 1-5 properties managed in a year with a potential 6th coming so business is starting to grow for me (all word of mouth which is awesome).
