Hello To All you Wonderful Bigger Pocket People!

So I am recently on a mission to find deals for investing. 

I am trying to get phone numbers of out of state owners and expired listings.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a site or service where I can obtain owners phone numbers? All the ones I have tried do not seem to give me what they are advertising.

The market here for investors is outstanding. Having several rentals here for the last 15 years. I have never had a problem with keeping them occupied. The transformation and growth that is happening here in Boise right now is  remarkable. I am fortunate to have gotten in at the ground level. I have lived in many places and am so glad to have found Boise. I encourage you to check this area out more and I am willing to get you any information and stats you may need.
