Hi Prash,

Congrats on investing here in Idaho.

As far as investing in Meridian and any tough areas I suggest stay away from the busier roads and the highway. But as far as bad neighborhoods there are really not any that I have come across.. Boise/ Meridian are pretty safe places and depending on where you are from there aren't places you just don't go. Thats the big attraction in this area. 

Taxes are the same its all ADA county.

Yes the Boise market is really still very good right now. The challenge when a good property comes on the market you have to act fast as there are alot of eyes on the MLS here.
