The problem I'm having my realtor told me when they list a house that is a foreclosure. If you do not planned on living in that home you have to wait 15 days because you are considered an investor and by the federal law that passed a while back they cannot take your bids for 15 days if you are an investor

I am making a lot of offers on properties right now but are losing them due to having to wait 15 days because I am an investor and not going to live in the property what can I do to get my offers through faster
