I am making a lot of offers on properties right now but are losing them due to having to wait 15 days because I am an investor and not going to live in the property what can I do to get my offers through faster

You're making offers on the wrong houses. If they are in good enough condition that an owner-occupant is making offers on them, then they will not be good investor deals (typically). An o-o will almost always be willing to pay too much for a foreclosure. You can't compete with that - and will be wasting your time trying to compete with it. You're going to find your MLS deals on properties that either have something seriously wrong with the property or with the listing. It may not be true 100% of the time, but it's usually the case.
