I do not see McConnell passing the bill.

I also invest in Sheperdsville, but a secondary great area is Radcliff and  Elizabethtown. A lot of people do not know but there is a lot of new business is going in Radcliff and Etown. it has good potential growth. Let me know if you guys would like to meet up and talk real estate.

I am currently redoing a bathroom in a four-plex and would like input. I am contemplating on putting a shower in the unit instead of a bathtub. I am, however, worried about losing tenant interest due to not having a bathtub. A shower would be less maintenance in the future. Has anyone done this? Pros & cons?
