What do we think about Inlet Beach off of 30A?

Will it grow after the tunnel is finished? Will it turn into a hotspot, thoughts?

I am looking to buy a property off of 30A, I would say the cost would be around 1 million. My DTI looks great, I currently own 40+ rental properties here in Louisville. So I would be looking at it as a investment not a second home. I would also definitely want to finance it in my LLC.

 Looking for some contacts, I currently live in Louisville Kentucky and have a bank here that will loan me money for a vacation rental in Destin. But the terms are not great, looking for some contacts for some local banks in Destin that I could start building a relationship with. If anyone has a good contact and is willing to share it that would be awesome.

Everyone is giving you great advice, my only comment would be do not give up keep looking. I've been investing for over 15 years and I am having trouble finding deals. It's slim pickings but they're out there.

Thank you for your advice, may I ask you how does your property perform in Destin? My biggest question is how many days a year is it occupied. The reason I ask is I have multiple properties in Louisville Kentucky/single-family and small multi family but no vacation rentals. Also the property I am looking at is on 30A, Looks like an easy area for vacation rentals.

Looking to invest in a vacation rental in Destin Florida/Panama City. Looking for a good property manager anyone have a recommendation. I will be managing them from Louisville Kentucky.
