Bathroom update Louisville Kentucky

I am currently redoing a bathroom in a four-plex and would like input. I am contemplating on putting a shower in the unit instead of a bathtub. I am, however, worried about losing tenant interest due to not having a bathtub. A shower would be less maintenance in the future. Has anyone done this? Pros & cons?

Depends on the unit. If it's only a 1 bed apartment I'd say just do the shower stall.
