vacation rentals in destin Florida

 Looking for some contacts, I currently live in Louisville Kentucky and have a bank here that will loan me money for a vacation rental in Destin. But the terms are not great, looking for some contacts for some local banks in Destin that I could start building a relationship with. If anyone has a good contact and is willing to share it that would be awesome.

I am looking to buy a property off of 30A, I would say the cost would be around 1 million. My DTI looks great, I currently own 40+ rental properties here in Louisville. So I would be looking at it as a investment not a second home. I would also definitely want to finance it in my LLC.
