Hey all! We're back with another Zoom meeting! Matt Faircloth will be giving a presentation on his group "DeRosa Insiders" followed by a general real estate Q & A! Come prepared with all of your real estate investing questions for a seasoned pro!

Hey all, @Lauren C. and Kyle from @rentalstowealth and myself will each be giving a 20-30 minute presentation on properties we are currently house hacking! Lauren and Kyle recently bought and are in the process of renovating a triplex which also provides some detached garage rental income! I bought a duplex in 2018 which I renovated and moved into which also has some detached garage rental income! Hope to see you all there! Hello all! I hope everyone is making the best of these difficult times during the COVID-19 pandemic. @Justin Fraser will be hosting a webinar for us next Thursday to discuss how he went from 3 to 43 units! 

Justin Fraser has been a real estate investor since 2014, when he bought a single family home as a rental property. For years Justin flipped houses and owned single family rentals until May of 2018 when he formed 88 Real Estate Capital and closed on his first apartment syndication, raising over $600k for the deal.

By September 2018, Justin was laid off from his corporate job as a Project Manager and jumped full time into real estate investing. He found some excellent partners and is an active member in 5 apartment complexes holding 675 units. Justin built an asset management business, responsible for running the business of these apartment complexes.

Hey All - for obvious reasons, the meeting next week will be changed to a webinar presented by Bonnie Galam who was going to be hosting and presenting! I will send out the webinar info to the group for anyone who is interested!
In addition, At the last meetup, a few members were talking about having an online resource where we can:- Network with each other- Pose/Answer questions- Ask for/Make referrals- Look for/Offer deals- Pretty much anything SJ Real Estate related

There already is a Facebook group setup that will be perfect for this and more. Whatever you post in the facebook group will only be visible to those in the group. You will need to request to be a part of the group, and once you are in, you can take advantage of the local real estate online networking. One of the great things about it, is it will be member run, so the more local investors that become members, the more beneficial it will be for everyone. And it is free!

This Facebook group will hopefully have a lot of the same networking benefits as Bigger Pockets, but be specific to South Jersey. It is a private group, but all that means is that only those in the group can see the posts that are in the group, so make sure you request to join!
Remember! This will be MEMBER RUN! So let's make it as beneficial as the meetups!
