Join us for the 2-YEAR ANNIVERSARY meet up of SJREIG! First I wanted to thank everyone who has taken the time to come out to the  meet ups over the last two years! Its been a pleasure to meet all of you and its been such an inspiration and valuable networking event for myself and all others involved. First and second hand, I've seen real estate deals get done, businesses /partnerships formed, and valuable friendships established thru these meet ups! Lets continue to build this network for years to come! 

Sam Corona of Evesham Mortgage will discuss lending options for investors. Sam has been a mortgage banker for 28 years and is in the business of helping people. He not only enjoys doing so but is amongst the very best at what he does. He has a tremendous array of products available and always has competitive rates due to having multiple investors for each product line. His main goal is to make his clients that are referred to him feel as if he is simply an extension of his referral partners, while guiding them throughout the financing process.

Drew Side and Mike Bonadies, owners of TerraVestra PM will discuss the benefits of hiring a professional property management company to manage your rentals. TerraVestra is a property management company that is operated by actual landlords who live and breath property management on a daily basis.
