Invest in this home.  I have a home on 4915 San Timeteo Ave NW.  Home is 4 bed 2 bath, 3000 sq ft. 

Asking price:  360K

Rehab price:  20k

Ok I have a business partner who has home and advertises as investor special. So he has home selling for 300k and notices homes are selling in area for 435k. But the house may need about 30k in rehab. Also comps in this area are 289k. So if he wants I suggest we rehab house and sell it for 300k but, he advertises as investor special. With rehab I suggest selling it for 193k due to rehab and if to sell for 365k. Any suggestions on this home? Hope I didn't confuse again!!:0D

Thanks I believe with me doing the rehab on the home I may sell it for 300k or sell it lower for wholesale. Maybe there is someone out there in the 50 states who may buy this home.

yes possibly will do a JV. A few starting out and possibly get someone to buy the 4bed 2bath for 300k and putting out the frequency to bring a buyer. I like a challenge thanks for the feedback.

There is a 12 plex in my area I like and wish I had funds to buy it. I believe its listed for 365k would putting in a bid for 280k be good offer?

Oh my other question was have a home and ARV in the area is 435k and rehab is 20k. Is my lowest of 300k home lowest I can take for home?

Have a home for sale at 365k. Homes in the area are selling for 435k its in the paloma del Sol district. Selling price for home at 360k and rehab of 15k. So wondering if 300k is best price to get and also who would be interested?
