Thanks Tim, thats what im expecting from these leads is to receive some funds at closing.  But, im hoping to start my own business real soon. 

been working hard and have a couple of leads that may sell. Then I can write that as a success. I will follow up soon.

Starting out as a bird/dog and wanting to get into REI. My passion for helping people is what I like to do. Also to meet and greet everyone on this website or my surrounding area of Albuquerque and Santa Fe area. Any conferences would be helpful for me.

going into the business of helping others is what I like to do. As an educator I am in the business of also providing customer service. As I look with real estate, I see how this business can also inspire myself to help others and possibly making it a career as well. I'm hoping to make sales as a bird dog which will also motivate me to pursue into real estate.
