I have a CO business partner who is looking for private lending and asking what percentage can be funded on a sold deal? Also interest and how long for terms of the private loan. How quickly can the funds be processed. If any private lenders in Albuquerque let me know thank you very much.

In a pre-foreclosure process is it still possible to meet with owner of home to ask how much house is and redemption rights of home if I can possibly obtain from them?

Well.....with friends and family I approached a few and some were not familiar with REI but I may have some others interested. Thank you! Yes with professional lenders and I have a deal I just did but probably not enough for my portfolio but I'll keep working toward them goals. After my first deal I felt very confident I could do this! I have a few deals in the works maybe that can give me enough to go half on a deal if possible.
