Until I can get going on the MHP Bootcamp, can anyone recommend a good book that would get me started thinking in the right direction with MHP investing or perhaps even MH investing (flips, buy and hold within existing parks, etc...).  Thanks in advance!

Seems ok?  Like I mentioned, it was our first project so we don't really have anything to compare it with.
