You order concrete by cubic yard.

CONCRETE CALCULATOR FORMULA:(LENGTH X WIDTH X DEPTH) DIVIDED BY 27 =# OF CUBIC YARDS

EXAMPLE: 18 FEET LONG, 18 FEET WIDE, 6 INCHES DEEP THIS WOULD BE: (18 X 18 X .5)/27 = 6 CU.YARDS

Colin I was in the same spot once and called a smaller company and had a used unit installed. Cost me less than $1000 and its still running after 3 years. Your ACs might be different than Indiana's , though.

I would paint the trim, shutters, and that thing above the windows the same or complimentary colors. You weren't really thinking about painting the brick, were you? Much success fellow indianapolitan!

Do you use standard colors for your walls or do you just paint everything white?

Can't give a hard recommendation on Gabbe, Inc but I saw a rehab he did and it looked pretty good.  Russell Doherty is the owner and his number is 220-3142.

Hi all,

My name is Dennis Weber and my wife, Olga and I are excited about getting started in REI.

I worked in the medical field for 41 years.  Since purchasing my first home many years ago, I always thought that one day I would stop that and become a real estate investor (wholesaling, flipping to start).  Time is now.  Watch out world!

My real estate experience is a little weak. I have owned four homes and always got a good price and sold for a profit. Have a rental right now that I am selling for retail. Right now, I have an agent sending me bank owned and shorts from MLS.

Would love to network and meet interesting people in the real estate world.
