I might consider coming over the mountain if you have one in Blue Ridge. Like you, i have ZERO interest in going into Atlanta. I'd rather not make money than ever deal with that again.

 That is awesome to hear! We have a few STRs in different markets in GA so looking into other areas. I have sold to a few clients in Helen and they are doing well with theirs. I feel that you need to be within fair walking distance to town to do well there.
