I was just asked why $1M in assets is better than $1M in savings.

I believe $1M in assets is truly worth more, but I honestly don’t know why. Can someone please explain?

@Matthew Terry Wow, this is extremely beneficial! I’ll have to think about this and get back to you because you mention a couple of items that I haven’t thought of.

Can you explain to me how to qualify for a portfolio loan?

@Rebekah Keller Thank you Rebekah! This is interesting to think about.

Have you had a similar learning experience?

@Avery Carl Inland for my initial investments. They would be located downtown so just across the 3-mile bridge. Eventually, I would like to do exactly what you mentioned with rental properties in locations I’d also visit.

@Avery Carl Avery, this was helpful! And to your point, tourism is big in Pensacola which is where I live and plan to invest.

Do you mind sharing which city you’re located? I’d be interested in comparing the two.

@Hunter Vigneault Hunter, thank you the input! If you were in my predicament, what option would you take?

For context, this would be my second purchase and I’m trying to figure out what the best route would be from experienced individuals.

@Stephen Diakos Thanks Stephen! Would you do the same if they were used as AirBnB or Lease Options?
