If I want to get an FHA loan from the bank, and I use a co- signer with W2 year. And I have the other requirements. ( employment ( new job), good credit( above 700) and low debt?

The reason I am asking is because I had plans on getting an FHA insured loan already had pre approval but lost my job of three years. Looking to figure out an alternative to acquire loan and get into real estate.
