My friend is a motivated seller interested in selling her home. She owes ten thousand left on the mortgage. I’m apart of an investment group and came across people interested in that area. I never done a wholesale deal but is it possible I can profit while helping her get rid of the problem?

Once most agents get licensed , they work for a typical agency, does anymore have experience working for a company such as New Western(investor agent), seen post about them but seems to be outdated would like some feed back and opinion from you guys?

Quit claim dead will most likely get the property transferred much quicker.

Has anyone experienced being an agent without a car starting out?
