Questions to ask potnential buyers
What are some good leading questions to ask a potential buyer to see if they serious about buying a home?

My favorite question to ask a new potential buyer client is if they are working with a lender yet. If yes, great. That opens the door to talk about price ranges, financial goals, ect. If no, I highly recommend they do so quickly. I typically wont meet with a buyer twice unless they have a preapproval letter or provide evidence of funds for cash buyers. Your time is valuable and a lot of people unfortunately just like looking at houses for fun. Don't let them waste your precious time!
