I saw a squirrel in the building I’m renting in today, maintenance did not address the issue even though it was brought to their attention a few days ago should I call license& inspection? This property management company I’m leasing from has been very slow to react to issues. He actually never called me back when I first address the issue 3 days ago. Ive been this unit for only three months.

Hi, I know someone who is interested in buying a home but says that her student loan debt is affecting the process. I am aware of the key factors the debt to income ratio plays in getting a mortgage is there anything that she can do to still qualify while having high student loan debt?
