@Brandon Eleazer I have been considering getting my licenses soon that just may be what I have to do. I've sent my resume to a few companies that invest in rental properties .For Instance a landlord who was renting an apartment to my aunt I asked him did his company do internships and he referred me to the guy that was in charge of that position then I sent my resume over after speaking with him on the phone. Myself I am interested in buy and hold investments with single family and muti-family properties.
