I suggest you do not allow that, since you probably are not set up to accept credit cards, since there is a fee to the merchant to accept a payment via credit card, and since the card holder can dispute a charge. 

That is also an indicator of a poor tenant prospect - does not have enough money to pay the typical move in expenses for a new rental. 

Better for you if you require cash or postal money order for move in money. Something that can't be easily faked and that won't bounce on you.
