There isn't any talk of eviction i simply was asking a question about my current situation. Rent has always been paid since I move here on time but I completely understand what your saying. Greg S.

Most landlord aren't that good . I see many of you never acknowledged the wrong action of things not being in order. Also any Landlord whose doesn't do thing by the book will be fined most likely so it doesn't effect me either way. It hurts them , I wouldn't be surprise by the type of tenants that come your way just from the feedback I see . Advice for new and seasoned investors Don't get into any business thinking you can take short cuts.

I see your location say PA . And you must not have any property because if you did know LAW you would ask yourself how can you collect back rent on a unit that can't be rented legally? Maybe That's how you do business but it always come back to bite you in the back .I don't care if it was the year 2030 . Also I look at others wrongs as a lesson not to do the same maybe you should try it too before you response next time. READ PA Laws its a link on my page . Your welcome Jason Clinton

As a future investor myself I understand the responsibility of paying rent and by the way I pay mines every month on time even after I found out about the license . I didn't ask the question to get over on rent I ask the question to get information of a topic I'm choosing to enter into as a career . Like I stated earlier handle your business and nothing would have to come up . Y'all lazy landlord seem to be upset with a tenant whose actually doesn't mind Educating herself and doesn't mind challenging right from wrong JR T.

John Anderson your response just told me you must be the same type of investor and with that said you'll lose money if the process . Not having your license in order is just lazy and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Mike R. I don't need to look for a freebie when the LAW states I'm in the right . And actually the property isn't managed that well, that didn't have any relevance to the topic.

Nobody here answered the question everyone focused on if I'm paying the rent . I researched and found out you can't rent a unit without a license its illegal period . Meaning you can't evict someone for running an illegal business if your paper work wasn't right from the beginning.
