Is it true that banks will loan possibly four times your income for loan amount.

Ex. If you make 30k a year they give you $120k?

I am interested in getting my first investment property soon (duplex) and will be speaking with a mortgage officer. Is FHA the best way to go for investors that can't afford high down payments?

What does it mean if a property isn’t labeled as Zoned? Say if someone is renting a property as a duplex but it’s listed as single family?
