New agent tips for first client

Hi guys, I’ve been an agent for two months now and receive my first referral client. Any tips you can give me as an agent to make sure that I can assist my client in the best way possible?

I know I understand in the market and the client leaves are very important any tips would be great thanks

@Precious Thompson as with any relationship, be honest, upfront, have clear communication, and work your butt off to help your client.

These things will speak volumes to what type of agent you are and will lead to more referrals.
