@Nathan Brooks  Make sure your entering the code where it says "Partner ID" and not "Promotional Code" thats the mistake that I was making.

@Hattie Dizmond  Is right, us Texans like our space (we need it it for all the imaginary horses everyone seems to think we own lol)!  @J. Martin I think thats a great idea, but i do think it would hinder the flow of applicants coming in. What are your thoughts on mobile homes?

@John Thedford  I believe it, people are flooding into the Austin and Houston metros. I think its just a result of high demand and short supply. Hopefully Texas doesn't turn in to New York and Cali price wise.

@Matt R.  Hey thanks a lot Matt, after a great number of calls I eventually found the site and its a one stop shop! has all the information i need probates, delinquent taxes, etc. It ended up being on the Harris Count Civil Clerks site.

Dev Horn That's good information! Do you think you can reduce some of this wasted time by simply mailing out to probate leads that are greater than let's say six months to a year? By this time they're likely to be over the mourning stage and have had time to "let the dust settle"

@Lafi S.  Your sending 1000 out your first round? Are you outsourcing the letters or doing them personally? I would like to stop by myself but the houston courthouse is kinda daunting size wise. However, if I can't find them online I will have no choice but to.
