I appreciate the warm welcome. Podcast 023 was excellent, informative, yet humorous at times. I did upload a picture, however the avatar does not reflect the upload. I'll play around with it a bit more.

Brandon i'm relieved to know that we're the same age. To be honest, it makes me more comfortable. I'm glad to be part of the community. I have lots of research to do, in due time i'm sure i'll find my niche. If I have any questions, i will be sure ask.

My name is Daniel, I'm currently a homeowner in Brooklyn NY. I have been renting out the top unit of my house for nearly 2 years. I'm 27 years old and I've been researching different ways to get into real estate investments. Primarily, I'm interested in wholesaling along with fix and flipping. Im looking for more insight and possibly meeting real estate investors who wouldn't mind sharing their experiences and providing valuable advice.
