Thank you! I'm sorry i didn't know it wasn't álowed to post links. I just did it to make easier to the people to check what was I talking about. I have no problem if they want to delete the link.

Thank you, again!

Hi guys,

I just got to know this new concept of crowd funding for real estate. It looks like it might change the whole business. What do you think? https://www.realtymogul.com/

Thanks!

Hi!

I wanted to know your opinion of the estimated price of properties from websites like trulia and Zilow. I actually found big differences in the estimation for the same properties between both websites. Do you recommend any other website?

Thank you!!

Hi Uwe,

Thank you very much for your answer. I was actually thinking about Hamilton 45013. What about Trenton? Do you recommend it?

Thank you very much!

Hi guys!

I am a newcomer on REI, After reading several books and listening to many podcast, I realized that the kind of investment I want to do is buy and hold with positive cash-flow. I have a demanding job and most likely I will need to invest out of my state so I was thinking of relying on professionals to buy and manage my income property. I have seen a couple of companies that seem to manage the whole thing for you. http://www.jasonhartman.com/ and http://www.realwealthnetwork.com/ any experience with them? can you suggest me any other company?

Thank you!!!
