Investing through networks

Hi guys!

I am a newcomer on REI, After reading several books and listening to many podcast, I realized that the kind of investment I want to do is buy and hold with positive cash-flow. I have a demanding job and most likely I will need to invest out of my state so I was thinking of relying on professionals to buy and manage my income property. I have seen a couple of companies that seem to manage the whole thing for you. http://www.jasonhartman.com/ and http://www.realwealthnetwork.com/ any experience with them? can you suggest me any other company?

Thank you!!!
