@Mark Hegenbart We automate the values and property scraping, capturing Local REO experienced Agents name/email, Full Note Bid Calculator with return driven data (XIRR mostly). I like to be able to be efficient and reduce human error. You can see more on our website. jkp Holdings.

@Key Bennett @Peter Mckernan we have been investing in notes since 2010. We focus on using tools and automation. We recently built a beginners video series that helps investors get over the initial information they need to get started. We also have assets for sale if interested.

Jkp Holdings

@Jenna Barnes

Awesome! You are one of the few at 18 thinking the way you are so congratulations! Keep networking with local REIAs and learn as much as you can. There are so many angles in real estate and depending on your strengths the one that comes natural to you will most likely be your most successful one.

We buy/sell notes nationwide. We buy seller financed notes so if you do create one feel free to hit us up if you choose to sell it.

Jkp Holdings.

@Martin M. Investing in debt is good. Depending how you learn, there us also a ton of webinars, youtube and podcasts available. Interacting in social media groups is also a great way. We have one but there are others. Jkp Holdings

@Martin M. Being in notes for 10+ years I favor them. However if you look at the last crash note buying in 2009-2012 was great profits.

The other sectors can be just as good but I suggest finding the field you feel the most comfortable with. We have a ton of material if your interested.

We have been in a note buyer since 2010.  If you are not interested in investing in a fund, I recommend automation systems.  I do recommend AVOIDING  Jv's as you can get yourself into a SEC violation situation (Howey Test).  Regarding the automation systems, we use these within our business all the time.  We are able to, within 15 minutes, run 20+ deals through our system and calculate if we want to bid and then we are reaching out agents local to the property area to get local knowledge.  Reach out if you have any additional questions.  JKP Holdings

We also have assets that we sell off.

@Sean D, @Taylor L. Is correct. We just spoke about this on our FB Live that we were all expecting a large drop in our performing notes and across the board less than a 2%, on average.

I know a few however not sure they are on bigger pockets, so I can't tag them in.
