Hi guys! I am wanting to start investing ASAP and I have recently started a property management position. I am 18 and in the process of getting my KY real estate license but I really want to go ahead and invest. I have about 10,000 saved up and I was thinking to use seller financing as I am unable to get pre-approved yet. I am wanting to make as much money as I can so I can buy more rentals but I was wondering if there would any suggestions to improve my position? Thank you for your time :)

@Nathan G. Thank you Nathan!! I’d like to say you’re super knowledgeable as I always see you on the forums. I would love to househack but I have to build up credit first. The lender I am working with advised me to wait a couple months and increase my income until I can get pre-approved. I will be earning 12 an hour doing property management but I’m going to keep doordashing and maybe take on some jobs through Upwork. So, hopefully I get some more momentum ASAP! Thank you for your advice!!
