I am refinancing two of my multifamily assets, and am having a problem finding replacement cost insurance because the wiring has not being updated within the last  20 yrs. Has anyone solved this problem? Does anyone know of insurers who will cover these?

Does anyone have an idea of how to get delinquent tax list or public access data for Cumberland County Maine? I'm interested in making a move there.

The asset was assessed lower than the purchase price, so as soon as we paid more for it the county assessment raised the value to match the purchase price so the taxes were also increased. I will always base the taxes on purchase price just to be safe in the future. If you bought the property for less than it was assessed at you might have a chance to lower the taxes through an appeal.
