Hello, I am a buy and hold investor new to bigger pockets. I am looking for a wholesalers in Utah for a fix and flip project.I would like to pull the trigger on a deal as soon as possible. I will be using a hard money loan for the first time and any advise on the loan or lead on a wholesaler would be greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank everyone who posts because I have learned so much.
