Hey- My wife and I connect with a conventional loan officer who used CreditXpert to analyze our credit. The results were wife's credit score is excellent... mine not so much. The tool very insightful; however, their office suggestion was to pay off around $3k in debt and make consistent payments for the next 12 months.

Any suggestions on how to increase my credit score without waiting a year?

Also, Columbia TN has a totally different demographic than Nashville. Median income, education level, and surrounding colleges and companies  in Columbia are very different from Nashville. Not a bad different, just can't compare equally to Nashville. Apples to Oranges.

@Jamil Hossain Welcome to BP, I'm personally not familiar enough to speak of the future of clarksville although I continue to hear from others who live out there that its prime for growth partly due to the over growth happen in Nashville. I just returned from the Mt. Juliet and Lebanon areas and saw some interesting prospects in multi families and B grade blocks out there.

You may want to consider the Mt. Juliet and Lebanon areas as well as Under Armour has recently opened a distribution center in that area.

@Jassem A.  Thank you for the info, I saw the heat bill and it did spike during the times when the resistance heat was on. And the tenant was told by the property manager to turn the resistance heat on.
